Boost your knowledge of the Traditional Mexican Food deck. This is a multiple choice timed quiz. The goal is both to test your knowledge, but also to help you learn through repetition. Cheating is allowed, but you'll still have to remember the answer for a moment.

Rules

• You have 30 seconds to answer each question. If you don't answer the question, the game is over.
• If you don't know the answer, you can cheat. Pressing the info icon will show you the answer, but you'll be penalized 1 point for cheating.
• If you cheat, you'll have to wait 3 seconds while your cheat notes get put away, before you can answer the question.
• The timer is still running if you cheat. If your 30 seconds run out while cheating, it's still game over.
• If you answer incorrectly, you'll be penalized 2 points, and immediately go back 3 questions, or to the beginning. It's possible to fully recover if you answer the previous questions correctly again.
