Papadzules is a traditional dish from the Yucatán Peninsula. The dish consists of tortillas filled with hard-boiled eggs, topped with a sauce made from pumpkin seeds, and a tomato and habanero salsa. It’s often garnished with more hard-boiled eggs on top.
